THE AUTHORS

Geoff Vorley is CEO of Quality Management & Training Limited, associate lecturer in quality at Surrey University and is the author of many bestselling books on quality assurance. His knowledge of the subject extends over many years, providing consultancy and training in QA. He has been involved with industry for over 30 years, in the arena of quality management and continual improvement.

John Dedman has a Master of Science degree in Quality Management and Statistics; he is a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute (FCQI); a Chartered Quality Professional (CQP); a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality (MASQ); a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE); and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB). For over 20 years John has been delivering training and consultancy services, and has assisted a large number of organisations ranging from SMEs to multi-national groups.
