CQI and IRCA Certified Foundation training courses provide the Learner with a basic awareness and understanding of a broad range of skills and knowledge related to quality and auditing. Each of the above course units are stand alone units and on successful completion of each course unit, the Learner will receive a CQI & IRCA Foundation Certificate.

INTERNAL AUDITOR FOUDATION COURSE – FD116

Duration: 7 hours

CQI and IRCA Certified QMS Auditor Training courses will equip you to assess the conformance and performance of an organisations’ quality management systems.  This course teaches you the process approach, the eight quality management principles and the requirements of ISO 9001.

ISO14001:2015 ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AUDIT  – FD113

Duration: 7 hours

This course aims to provide delegates who have an existing basic knowledge of, or experience in, environmental management with an understanding of the management systems approach and the requirements of ISO 14001, and to provide a basis for delegates who wish to go on to complete CQI and IRCA Certified EMS Auditor Training courses.

ISO27001:2013 INTERNAL AUDITOR INFORMATION SECURITY COURSE   – FD119

Duration: 7 hours

This training course will equip the Learner with the knowledge and skills to assess organisation’s information security management systems to ISO 27001.  This course will covers the management systems approach to managing information security risks, and the requirements of ISO 27001 and ISO 17799.

ISO45001:2018 INTERNAL AUDITOR HEALTH & SAFETY COURSE   – FD127

Duration: 7 hours

This Health and Safety Internal Auditor training course is designed for Learners who have an existing basic knowledge of, or experience in, occupational health & safety management and of the management system approach – but not of ISO 45001 standard. This health and Safety Internal Auditor training course will help the Learner apply their prior knowledge in order to understand the key occupational health and safety management-related requirements of ISO 45001.

INTRODUCTION TO PROBLEM SOLVING – FD102

Duration: 16 hours

This course provides understanding of the fundamental tools, techniques and structured methodologies for problem solving. Students should leave the course with the capability to participate as a member of a problem-solving team in the application of the key tools within a small scope business problem or task, enabling them to support the development of robust and sustainable solutions.

INTRODUCTION TO RISK MANAGEMENT – FD103

Duration: 16 hours

This course should provide awareness of the fundamental tools, techniques and structured methodology for risk management across a broad range of organisational contexts. Students should leave the course with the capability to participate as a member of a team in the application of the key tools within their organisation.

INTRODUCTION TO CHANGE MANAGEMENT – FD104

Duration: 8 hours

This course provides awareness of the key considerations and approaches to enable effective change in organisations. Students should leave the course with the ability to explain to others how understanding organisational change can be used to develop an approach capable of sustaining improvement in customer and stakeholder satisfaction.

INTRODUCTION TO PRODUCT AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT – FD105

Duration: 16 hours

This course should provide awareness of the fundamental tools, techniques and structured methodology for Product and Service Management across a broad range of organisational contexts. Students should leave the course with the capability to participate as a member of a team in the application of the key tools within their organisation.

INTRODUCTION TO PROCESS DESIGN – FD106

Duration: 16 hours

This course provides fundamental skills for process design and standardisation. Students should leave the course with the capability to understand customer and stakeholder requirements and define standardised processes to deliver them.

INTRODUCTION TO MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS – FD107

Duration: 8 hours

This course should provide students with an awareness of management systems in general. Students should leave the course with the capability to explain to others how customer and stakeholder requirements relevant to their organisation can be used to develop a management approach focused on sustaining improvement in customer satisfaction.

INTRODUCTION TO STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATIONS – FD108

Duration: 8 hours

This course provides development of key skills in communicating, influencing and negotiating across a broad range of organisational contexts. Students should leave the course with the capability to evaluate and improve both their own communications and those of others within their organisation.
