The five core tools that are used throughout a product’s lifecycle, from development to production and delivery, are the fundamental building blocks to a Quality Management System that consistently produces the right products on time.

Each course units is a stand alone unit and on successfully completing each course unit, you will receive a certified certificate.
The core tool programme is meant for individuals who are involved with the introduction of new products and processes and any one who needs to understand the principles and terminology in order to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
