“I initially struggled to find a suitable Quality course at my level. I had completed an HNC in Mechanical Engineering & added another HNC module in Quality Management to my qualifications list but after that I found it very difficult to source a course that was suitable to take me to the next level. When I searched online most college’s did not offer an HND Quality Management & when I spoke the Universities they only had master degree level.
After searching further online I came across CQI & Quality Management & Training LTD. I found the CQI Practitioner course a perfect fit for mid management level, where I am at my current role. The tutor has been both responsive & informative providing excellent support to me when I have been unsure on certain Quality topics. The material I read about is compelling & very useful. I have now completed 3/8 practitioner courses successfully & have implemented some of the things I have learned at my place of employment. Having a course tailored to my exact needs was a game changer. I was genuinely worried I was going to get a degree that would not suit me, not learn as much as I hoped & not been able to implement best Quality practices at work. I can genuinely say that the CQI Practitioner course has ticked every box & gave me the confidence in my role that I’m making the correct decisions to manage Quality.
I would recommend this course to anyone in the Quality industry!”

The Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) course at practitioner level has allowed me to develop a profound understanding of quality management principles and practices while giving me the confidence to showcase the necessary skills that are critical in the quality field making me an invaluable part of the quality team within my organisation.
Through Quality Management Training (QMT) with guidance from my seasoned instructor Mary-Clare I was offered the knowledge in identifying and addressing quality issues, and continuous improvement using various methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and Project management to name a few.
I was grateful for the array of subjects covered in the CQI practitioner course, starting with the very basics of what exactly makes a good team then builds you through an organisations core process and process controls through to the more technical areas of quality practiced at a senior level all while having an QMT instructor on hand gaining a quick response for any queries I had.
Overall, I feel the CQI courses provided by QMT is an excellent resource for individuals who seek professional development in their career. I recommend it to anyone interested in expanding their knowledge and career opportunities in the quality field
The individual modules that build each course can be progressed in the student’s own time with the exam date set when you feel ready so long as this falls within a three-year window which made this the perfect course to fit around both my family and work life.

My gains from this course will be a position on the management team at the highest level under the GM, I have been in quality since 1995 with the same company and I am using this course to achieve the accreditation as QA inspection manager which I have the current title. I have already been in management in my role, but not Level 1.
I’m over half way in the three year course and look forward to my next exam in July 2023 .
The course is well structured for me , being ‘’ distance learning’ with a heavy workload and a busy personal life, I find this to be a good balance of learning and exam preparation time

“Hello all,
I just wanted to say thank you again for your help with my studies. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and have gained knowledge that is already helping me with my work.
The “CQI Award Night” (as I like to call it) was fantastic. It was like a whole new world to me and I loved every second of it. We were the last 3 people there as I did not want to leave!
I aim to do some more studies in the future and I am looking forward to a (hopefully) long career with Quality. It was an absolute pleasure to meet you all, I was hoping you would be there.
Thank you again”
