RECOMMENDED PRIOR KNOWLEDGE: FD116 QMS AUDIT FOUNDATION COURSE

The Internal Auditing course – PT236 teaches you how to plan an audit, how to audit a process and how to report an audit.

The aim of this PT236 – internal auditing course is to provide you with the knowledge and skills required to perform an internal audit of part of a quality management system based on ISO 9001 (or equivalent) Standard, and report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with ISO 19011 Standard.

On successful completion of this Practitioner level ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor (QMS) course you will satisfy part of the training requirements for initial certification as an IRCA Certificated QMS Internal Auditor. In addition to this course, you must also complete a CQI and IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 Foundation (QMS) Training course (or equivalent) to meet the full training requirements for initial certification as an IRCA QMS Internal Auditor.

On successful completion of this course delegates will be awarded a CQI and IRCA certified Practitioner certificate.

WHO IS IT FOR?

This course is for those who audit an organisation’s processes as part of the internal audit programme. Successful completion of this course is a requirement for certification as an Internal Auditor on IRCA’s QMS Scheme.
