Geoff Vorley is CEO of Quality Management & Training Limited, associate lecturer in quality at Surrey University and is the author of many bestselling books on quality assurance. John Dedman has a Master of Science degree in Quality Management and Statistics; he is a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute (FCQI); a Chartered Quality Professional (CQP); a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality (MASQ); a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE); and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB). For over 20 years John has been delivering training and consultancy services, and has assisted a large number of organisations ranging from SMEs to multi-national groups.
